Hi guys ;) I'm Beth owner and Baker of BethMadBatterBaker.llc where I'm dedicated to making delicious small batch, handmade from scratch baked goods. Including cupcakes, cakes, cake pops, push pops, pop tarts, cookies/blondies, cheesecake cups, gluten-free and vegan baked goods, savory and sweet. When making cakes and cupcakes, I only work with buttercreams and other icings (no fondant). DO YOU OFFER VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE PASTRIES?
Yes, I do offer both vegan and gluten-free pastries depending on the pastry. But, just to be 💯 clear, it is not made in any special section, Separate from where I use and bake with regular AP flour, or regular butter. Now…I do clean and soak everything (bowls, beaters, spoons) before and after every single use just to be extra safe!!!
